For forty years the members of Latteria Sociale Moderna have preserved ancient cheesemaking techniques passed down the centuries from generation to generation. This traditional method has been used to produce an authentic cheese made simply with milk, rennet, salt and plenty of time.

In addition to Parmigiano-Reggiano and ricotta cheeses, in the shop you can also find butter, wines, jams, balsamic vinegar and other food products from the Emilia region. Upon request we package gift baskets.
